Jardin’s Urban Design submission in 2007 supported proposals put forward by the FCDA for the development of Memorial Arcades in Abuja. Our objective was to create an inspiring environment whilst preserving the uniqueness of the site along with the need to give physical expression to the evolution of Nigeria’s political history.
